When a computer has a virus, we first attempt to remove the virus without harming any personal data or programs. Sometimes this is not possible, in which case your system may need to be reformatted and reloaded. When that happens, you will not pay extra for a reload; it will come under the cost of a virus cleanup.
Any program you have installed on your system will have to be reinstalled after the computer is reloaded. A reload includes all system drivers, service packs, and operating system updates. If a data recovery is required, there is a base charge of $42.50. -

Our technicians work on a queue system (i.e., first-come-first-served). Sometimes that is not fast enough. We provide the option for you to put your unit at the top of the list. This does not mean your unit will be completed that day, but it does mean that work will begin on it immediately. -

On-Site Service

When you can't make it to our store, we'll come to you. An on-site service call includes a $50 trip charge and $85 per hour. After the first hour we bill in six-minute increments. Additionally, if you prefer, we offer pick-up and delivery for all in-store services, within 30 miles of our store at the cost of $35 each way.
